First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at two ways to treat premature ventricular complexes (PVCs), which are extra heartbeats that can cause discomfort. One treatment uses medication, and the other is a procedure called catheter ablation that destroys the tiny area causing the extra beats. The goal is to find out which approach works better at reducing symptoms and improving quality of life for people with frequent PVCs.
