Summary

This study tests whether a purine-rich diet can help people with AICA-ribosiduria, a rare genetic condition that causes severe developmental delays, seizures, and growth problems. Researchers will give the diet to 10 participants and measure changes in disease markers in the urine. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can reduce symptoms and improve health.
