Summary
This early-stage study tests a modified herpes virus (MVR-C5252) that is injected directly into brain tumors to kill cancer cells. It is for adults with recurrent high-grade glioma, a serious brain cancer that has come back. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, with a later phase looking at whether the virus can slow tumor growth.
