Summary

This study tests a new drug called pumitamig, alone or with other medicines (ipilimumab or cabozantinib), in people with advanced kidney cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if these combinations are safe and can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 234 adults with clear cell or non-clear cell kidney cancer will take part. This is not a cure; it aims to control the cancer and manage symptoms.
