Summary

This study tests a new drug called pumitamig, alone or combined with ipilimumab or cabozantinib, in 254 people with advanced kidney cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.
