Summary

This study tested how accurately a new model of pulse oximeter measures blood oxygen levels and heart rate. Eleven healthy adults breathed different levels of oxygen while researchers compared the device's readings to blood samples and heart monitors. The goal was to gather data to submit to health regulators for approval of the new device.
