Scientists test oxygen monitor accuracy on volunteers

NCT ID NCT05297500

Summary

This study is testing how well a new type of pulse oximeter works. Pulse oximeters are the small devices that clip on your finger to measure blood oxygen levels without a needle. Researchers are checking the device's accuracy by having healthy volunteers breathe different air mixtures to create controlled low-oxygen levels.
