NCT ID NCT07168798

Summary

This study is checking if a common medical device that measures blood oxygen levels works accurately for children of all skin colors. It will test a specific brand of pulse oximeter on 180 children, aged newborn to 12 years, who are already in the cardiac intensive care unit. The goal is to see if the device's readings are reliable and fair for everyone, regardless of skin tone.
