Summary

This study is for people with certain advanced cancers that have spread in the belly or pelvis. It combines a special type of radiation called PULSAR with drugs that boost the immune system. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and helps control the cancer longer. About 103 adults with liver, kidney, or bladder cancer will take part.
