Summary
This study looks at two dental procedures—complete pulpotomy and root canal treatment—in people with type 2 diabetes who have a painful tooth nerve condition. The goal is to see which treatment works better and how it affects quality of life. About 106 adults aged 18 to 70 with well-controlled diabetes will take part.
