Summary

This study tests a new procedure called pulmonary artery denervation for people with heart failure and a type of high blood pressure in the lungs (Group 2 PH). The procedure uses a special device to calm overactive nerves in the lung arteries, which may improve blood flow and quality of life. About 50 adults with stable heart failure and specific lung pressure levels will be enrolled. The main goal is to check safety and see if symptoms like shortness of breath get better.
