First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at ways to help veterans with PTSD stay in therapy and get better results. Researchers will compare two approaches: sticking with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) or switching to Present Centered Therapy (PCT) when challenges arise. The goal is to find the best way to identify when extra support is needed and improve symptoms, mood, and daily functioning.
