Summary

This study adapts a proven PTSD treatment (STAIR-NT) for people in methadone programs who also use cocaine and opioids. About 80 participants will either get the adapted therapy or usual care. The goal is to see if the therapy is practical, acceptable, and helps reduce drug use and PTSD symptoms in the short term.
