Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) can reduce chronic PTSD symptoms in veterans. The stimulation is guided by functional MRI scans to target a specific brain region. Half of the 64 participants receive real stimulation, while the other half receive a sham (placebo) version, to see if the treatment truly helps.
