First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether two easy tests—checking how blood pressure changes when standing and how the eye reacts to light—can predict if the medication prazosin will help reduce PTSD symptoms in veterans. The goal is to personalize treatment and understand how the body handles stress signals. About 87 veterans with PTSD will participate.
