Miscarriage trauma: new study seeks to spot hidden PTSD

Summary
This study looks at how common post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms are in women who have had a miscarriage in the first three months of pregnancy. Researchers will use questionnaires to measure symptoms and recovery stages. The goal is to better identify women who could benefit from early psychological help. About 200 women who have had a spontaneous abortion will take part.
