NCT ID NCT06040320

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 07, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a two-drug combination (polatuzumab vedotin plus rituximab) as a first treatment for a rare blood cancer that can occur after an organ or stem cell transplant. About 12 adults who have not had prior therapy will receive the drugs to see if the combo is safe and works better than the standard single drug. The goal is to control the cancer while avoiding the severe side effects of traditional chemotherapy.
