Tracking cancer in rare genetic condition

Summary
This study aims to better understand the cancer risks for people born with a change in their PTEN gene, a condition linked to Cowden syndrome. Researchers will follow 430 participants in France over time, collecting their health information through questionnaires. The goal is to learn how often different types of cancer occur in this group to improve future care and screening.
