New drug duo tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

NCT ID NCT06160843

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of two existing drugs, pembrolizumab and olaparib, can help control a type of blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) in adults for whom prior treatments have stopped working. The goal is to see if this drug pair can shrink tumors and extend life. The trial will enroll about 24 participants to closely monitor how well the treatment works and its side effects.
