Can talking therapy help teens manage bipolar disorder?

Summary
This study tested whether a special educational talk therapy could help teenagers with bipolar disorder. Researchers worked with 32 teens whose bipolar symptoms were stable. Half received the therapy, and half received standard care, to see if the therapy improved their thinking skills, emotional control, and overall quality of life.
