Summary
This study tests a web-based toolkit designed to help early childhood development workers in Lebanon cope with stress and improve their well-being. Fifty teachers, social workers, and caretakers will use the toolkit and report changes in their psychological immunity, emotional regulation, self-care, and job performance. The goal is to see if this online support can make a difference for those caring for young children during difficult times.
