Summary

This study looked at why some veteran stroke survivors find it easier or harder to do arm exercises at home. Researchers gave surveys about mood, confidence, and sleep, then asked participants to track their home exercise with a smart watch. The goal was to understand what helps or gets in the way of sticking with the program. 13 veterans took part.
