Mind and body therapy tested for stubborn back pain

NCT ID NCT04979403

Summary

This small, completed study tested whether a new type of physiotherapy that includes psychological strategies works better than standard physiotherapy for chronic low back pain. It involved 40 people whose back pain was linked to high levels of stress, anxiety, or fear of movement. The main goal was to see if a larger, more definitive trial would be possible to run in the future.
