Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-hour online training course can improve the skills of nurses who help people after traumatic events like disasters. The training teaches a specific method called RAPID, which focuses on listening, assessing needs, and providing support. Researchers are measuring the communication and listening skills of 10 nurses before the course, right after, and three months later to see if the training has a lasting effect.
