First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether online cognitive training and mindfulness can help children aged 8-18 who had leukemia and received intensive treatments like CAR-T therapy, chemotherapy, or a stem cell transplant. Forty participants will do brain exercises and mindfulness sessions from home over 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in thinking skills, emotional health, and brain activity to see if these programs aid recovery.

- If it works, this could offer a practical, home-based way to help children recover thinking skills and emotional well-being after tough leukemia treatments.
