Summary
This study aims to understand the full effects of standard medical treatments for severe plaque psoriasis. Researchers will follow 45 adult patients for 24 weeks, using skin exams, magnified skin imaging, and quality-of-life questionnaires. The goal is to see how treatment changes not just the look of the skin, but also the patient's daily life and microscopic skin features.
