Can pressing on a hidden hip muscle ease your back pain?
NCT ID NCT06994364
Summary
This study is testing if applying pressure to a specific deep hip muscle (the psoas) can provide quick relief for recent low back pain. Researchers will compare the real pressure technique against a fake procedure in 40 young adults to see if it reduces pain and helps them bend more easily. The goal is to see if this simple, hands-on approach offers immediate benefits for this common problem.
