Summary

This study tests a new drug called AAA817 against standard treatments for men with a specific type of advanced prostate cancer (PSMA-positive) that has worsened after prior therapies, including a targeted radiation drug. About 443 adult participants will be randomly assigned to receive either AAA817 or the doctor's choice of standard care. The goal is to see if AAA817 can better slow cancer growth, improve survival, and control side effects.
