Radiation 'Trojan Horse' tested against multiple advanced cancers
NCT ID NCT05867615
Summary
This trial is testing whether a targeted radiation therapy that works for prostate cancer might also help people with other advanced cancers. The treatment uses a radioactive drug that seeks out and attaches to a specific marker (PSMA) found on some cancer cells or their blood vessels. The study will enroll about 83 adults with various advanced cancers that show this PSMA marker on a special scan and who have run out of other effective treatment options.
