First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at how hormonal therapy changes a protein called PSMA in prostate cancer cells, both in cancers that respond to hormone treatment and those that don't. Researchers will track 80 men with prostate cancer to see how PSMA levels change shortly after starting therapy. The goal is to find the best time to perform PSMA PET scans for accurate tumor staging.
