Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called PSMA-UCAR T cells for men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard therapies. The therapy uses specially engineered immune cells to target a protein (PSMA) on cancer cells. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose in just 3 participants.
