Summary
This study is testing whether guided therapy sessions using the psychedelic compound psilocybin can help people with severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who haven't been helped by standard treatments. It will involve 15 participants who will receive talk therapy along with three supervised psilocybin sessions. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and can reduce the severity of OCD symptoms.
