This study tests whether psilocybin, the active ingredient in magic mushrooms, can safely help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Thirty adults with moderate to severe OCD who haven't improved with standard treatments will receive either a low, medium, or high dose of whole mushroom in chocolate. The goal is to see if it reduces OCD symptoms and improves quality of life over 12 weeks.
