Summary

This study tests whether a single 25 mg dose of psilocybin can reduce major depression in 100 adults with cancer, compared to a very low 1 mg dose. Participants must be 20-80 years old, have a current depressive episode, and be at least one month past their cancer diagnosis. The main goal is to measure changes in depression symptoms 42 days after the dose.
