This study watches 20 adults in Portland, Oregon, who are already receiving psilocybin services for alcohol use disorder. Researchers do not provide treatment—they only observe and collect data through surveys and questionnaires. The goal is to see if psilocybin-assisted care reduces the number of heavy drinking days over time. Findings will help understand how this new model of care might help people struggling with alcoholism.
