Summary
This study looks at how a single dose of psilocybin, the active ingredient in magic mushrooms, affects brain structure and function in healthy adults aged 60 to 85. Participants will take a dose ranging from micro to moderate-high and undergo MRI scans to measure changes. The goal is to understand if psilocybin can boost brain flexibility and emotional well-being in older age.
