Summary
This early-stage trial tests a personalized treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread to bones and stopped responding to standard therapies. The patient's own immune cells are collected, genetically modified to recognize and attack prostate cancer cells, and then infused back. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
