Summary
This study aims to establish normal PSA blood test ranges specifically for trans women and non-binary people with prostates. Researchers will enroll 500 participants aged 40+ who are on hormone therapy or have had gender-affirming surgery. By determining accurate reference levels, doctors can better detect prostate cancer in this underserved population.
