Gene therapy trial aims to halt kidney disease in High-Risk patients

Summary

This study tests a new gene therapy called PS-002 for adults with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure. The treatment is given once and aims to control the disease in people who are at high risk of getting worse despite current treatments. The study will check safety and how well the therapy works over one year, with long-term follow-up for up to five years.
