NCT ID NCT07280156

First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a new medicine called PRX-115, given through a vein, to see if it can safely lower uric acid levels in adults with gout who haven't been helped by standard pills. About 150 people will receive either PRX-115 (with or without methotrexate) or a placebo over 24 weeks. The main goal is to see how many patients can keep their uric acid below a target level for most of the sixth month.
