Herbal remake: ancient herb put to modern test for shrinking neck lumps

Summary

This study is testing whether a liquid made from the herb Prunella can shrink benign thyroid nodules. It will involve 234 adults in China who have small, confirmed benign nodules. Participants will take either the herbal liquid or a placebo for 9 months to see if it reduces nodule size and improves quality of life.
