Summary
This study tested a new drug, PRT3789, combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) for people with advanced or spreading cancers that have a specific genetic change called a SMARCA4 mutation. The goal was to see if this combination was safe and could shrink or control tumors in patients who had run out of standard treatment options. The trial was terminated early and only enrolled 6 participants.
