First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested a new drug (PRT3789) combined with an immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called SMARCA4 mutation. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and could shrink tumors. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 6 participants, so results are limited.
