Summary
This study looks at whether a 16-week therapy program called Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) works better when done at a center or at home for young children with autism who have trouble speaking. About 120 children aged 2 to 5 will take part, and their progress will be compared to children getting usual care. The goal is to see which setting helps improve communication the most.
