First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new nasal spray called PRT-064040 in 80 healthy Chinese adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Participants received either a single dose or daily doses for a week. The goal was to gather safety information, not to treat migraines. This is a first step before testing in people with migraines.
