Summary

This study tests whether mixing a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with her partner's sperm before intrauterine insemination (IUI) can increase the chance of pregnancy. About 288 women with infertility will take part. The goal is to see if this simple addition safely improves pregnancy rates compared to standard IUI.
