Summary

This study tests whether mixing a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with her partner's sperm before intrauterine insemination (IUI) can increase the chance of pregnancy. About 288 women with infertility will be randomly assigned to receive either standard IUI or IUI with PRP-treated sperm. The main goal is to see if the PRP method leads to more confirmed pregnancies at 6 weeks, while also checking for any safety issues like infections.
