Summary
This study compares two treatments for chronic shoulder pain from rotator cuff tendinopathy. One group gets injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), made from their own blood, while the other gets standard steroid shots. Both groups also follow a personalized exercise program to see which approach provides better and longer-lasting pain relief and shoulder function.
