Summary
This study looked at two treatments for partial tears of the rotator cuff: platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections and a home exercise program. Forty adults with chronic shoulder pain received either three PRP injections or did exercises at home. Researchers measured pain, movement, and function two months after treatment to see which approach worked better.
