Summary
This study compares two injection treatments—fresh PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and hyaluronic acid—for people with patellofemoral osteoarthritis (knee arthritis). The goal is to see which one better reduces pain and improves knee function over 12 months. The trial is recruiting 166 adults aged 30 to 65 with mild to moderate knee arthritis.
