New hope for IVF: blood plasma treatment tested for stubborn implantation failures

NCT ID NCT07306871

Summary

This study tests whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can help women who have experienced repeated IVF failures get pregnant. Researchers are comparing two ways of delivering PRP—injecting it into the uterine lining versus infusing it into the uterus—against standard treatment without PRP. The goal is to see which method, if any, improves the chances of an embryo successfully implanting and leading to a clinical pregnancy.
